3D/2N Taman Negara

Day 1

ARRIVE KUALA LUMPUR - TAMAN NEGARA (L,D)
Register yourself at a local hotel in Kuala Lumpur where the coach will depart at 7.30 am to Taman Negara. Stopover at Jerantut for registration and lunch. Proceed to Taman Negara via
Kuala Tembeling Jetty by boat. Upon arrival check in to your resort/chalets where dinner will be served at the floating restaurant.

View a video presentation about Taman Negara before a night jungle walk. Visit Taman Hide, a place to observe the wildlife in their natural undisturbed habitat.

Day 2

TAMAN NEGARA (B,L,D)
After breakfast at the floating restaurant, go jungle trekking to Bukit (Hill) Teresek. This popular trail runs along the flat river terrace for about 400M, then climbs steeply up onto the Bukit Teresek ridge.This is phenomenally one of the best bird-watching areas in the Park. The steep part of the trail is hard, sweaty work, but passes through impressive tall forest. Giant squirrels might be seen up here, and if you are very lucky, white-handed gibbons. From the top visible on clear days is Gunung Tahan (2186M), the highest in Peninsular Malaysia.

Then to Canopy Walkway, the world's longest hanging bridge. You can walk across the Walkway suspended 25m above the ground.

After lunch at the floating restaurant, visit the Orang Asli Village. Witness the simple culture and lifestyle of the Orang Asli (aboriginal people of Malaysia).

Go on a boat ride and shoot the rapids and get soaked before returning to the floating restaurant for dinner.

Day 3

DEPART TAMAN NEGARA (B,L)
After breakfast in floating restaurant, depart from Taman Negara via Kuala Temberang Jetty by boat to Jerantut. Collect your laminated Certificate at Jerantut.

After lunch, depart to Kuala Lumpur and arrive at a specified local hotel.

Day 1

ARRIVE CAMERON HIGHLANDS
Make your own arrangement to Cameron Highland. Check in to the resort after 2pm.

Free at own leisure for the rest of the day where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful scenery.

Day 2

CAMERON HIGHLANDS (B)
After breakfast, we proceed to a countryside tour with visit to the Rose Garden, a lovely garden centre on a hillside. After that we proceed to a local strawberry farm with the vast greenhouses that produce them. Have a freshly blended strawberry milkshake here.

Then to a honey bee farm where you walk through the gardens where the hives are, be very careful not to disturb any of the bees. Next, visit Market Square, Buddhist Temple, Rose Garden, Cactus Valley and vegetable farms.

Finally we arrive at the highlight of the day - the Boh tea plantation. Boh is the largest black tea producer in Malaysia and the plantation in the Cameron Highlands is the biggest in the country. Have a brief tour in which to learn how the tea is picked, cut, dried, sorted and graded.

Rest of the day free at own leisure where you can explore the hill resort.

CAMERON HIGHLANDS (B)
After breakfast, check out of the resort.
